Limit: 4 credential requests per IP per hour, 12 per day; shared capacity is bounded. Public allocation: 500 GB/month, with a 450 GB safety cutoff and automatic credential revocation. Usage reports are sampled and delayed, so this is a protective cutoff rather than a guaranteed billing cap.
Private workspace calls have separate credentials and do not share the public issuance limit.
